Live, Laugh, Love....and Real Estate

i have to admit, i eat, breathe, and sleep real estate. up until about 2 months ago {when my hubby decided he had enough of my computer screen nightlight} i would lay in bed at night with my laptop searching the mls, responding to emails, and interacting on social media for real estate. it wasn't until then that i realized what i was doing....and i thought to myself, i am a crazy-workaholic. So, as part of my 'new years goals' i've decided that although real estate is a very high priority for me, life, laughter, and love are my number ones.

with that, i will share with you {in hopes that you will keep me accountable} what i am going to achieve this year....2012

*i will take a break from work every quarter...truly "turning off" my open sign {trust me, this will benefit the both of us}

*i will work smarter, not harder...i have realized that i can still be a full time agent without discussing real estate with you at twelve am.

*i will put God first, and follow where he leads me. {needs no explanation}

*i will learn how to coupon {let's face it, we all need this}

*i will start a retirement plan {i would prefer not to be working when i am eighty}

*i will pay off my student loans {yes, i still have those}

*i will reach my goal weight {i had to add this one...afterall, it wouldn't be a true list if this item wasn't on here}

hopefully these achievements will help me in all aspects of life including my home, my family & friends, and my business.
